Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 250g fresh spinach
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala     1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Pick the spinach and cut it finely

Add a little salt to the cutting board and after that separate the spinach from the water and squeeze the spinach well.

 

Take water in a pot and add it to boil the spinach. When the spinach is dissolved, add it to the mixture.

 

 Finely chop the onion and fry it by adding salt, pepper, tomato, and a few  water
